The easiest, most common hook for this character is utilizing the adventurer angle. With it, there are any number of reasons she could interact with nearly anyone, whether it's a typical civilian, a merc, a fellow adventurer, or anything beyond.

- R E T A I N E R -

For the first three summers after she made her way to Ul'dah, E'naiha was a retainer. Getting groceries, cleaning, all manner of similar work for several families in Ul'dah, ranging from middle to upperclass. Were you a coworker? An employer, or your family was?

- V E T E R A N -

After tiring of the retainer life, E'naiha enlisted in the Immortal Flames. There she took part in several noteworthy incidents, most recently in the fight against the Garleans. After 'the end days,' she retired from this line of work, having made it to Flame Corporal. But during this time of her life she met a great many people, and she tends to remember them.

While she'd prefer being out and about most days, it's by no means unheard of to see E'naiha lounging about a proper adventurer tavern or the occasional social get-together.
